  • If you've never listened to hypnosis before, you will want to start by listening to them while you are already at rest in some way.  I like to listen in a bath or as I'm falling asleep because my brain is already primed for trance.
  • You can listen as much as you like - the more you do, the easier it will be for your unconscious to make the changes you want.
  • The more you listen, you may find that listening while doing things like working on the computer or cleaning your house is just as effective and is a great way to passively relax while also working on those unconscious beliefs. 


  • Yes!  You will not be given any suggestions that are "negative" - and your unconscious knows how to keep you safe, so you actually cannot be "made" to do anything that is unsafe.
  • No, we will NOT be doing any kind of "stage" hypnosis - you are in control at ALL times.


  • A light trance will feel no different from relaxation. Since trance is a normal, natural state, you will likely feel a familiarity no matter how deep in trance you go. 
  • You can go as deep as you like to go and your unconscious will be doing all the work.  Hypnosis is about creating new patterns or programs - revising old thoughts and shifting into a higher vibration, but it will also leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
