(re: The Influencer Model Program) Whew... just read through everything! I already have my "team" in place and have started to make the shift to Influencers this year but needed a plan and def needed some fine-tuning!! I will say I have noticed the shift in my teens that signed this year vs last.... they came on board knowing how to post and what to post! And they are giving me great feedback on what content they want to develop together over this next year! The part I was "missing" was how to link up my photography for the team and the pitch to businesses (to work with both ME and my team!) Last year I had a few businesses scoop up my models and use them for their brand... and I thought that was a negative like they stole them away... but I am spinning that as a POSITIVE since (my models) got exposure from being a part of my team and it opened doors for them!
